摘要(中文): 本文主要目的在探討近年來美國教育政策推動的「沒有學生落後法案」中的研究方法。本文以教育政策研究方法為主,從「沒有學生落後法案」的背景敘述到政策科學研究方法的主要內涵介紹,發現此一教育政策研究取向是以科學基礎的研究為主,對教育政策相關研究做一規範。本文評述此一教育政策研究方法的主要形貌、爭議問題、以及運用在台灣的教育政策訂定與執行的可能性。
摘要(英文): The Purpose of this study is to discuss that the methodology on scientifically based research in recent educational policy, No Child Left Behind Act. This study focuses on the methodology in the educational policy, including the background of the No Child Left Behind and the methodology of the scientific research in the educational policy. From this study, it is found that the scientifically based research is the major methodology in the No Child Left Behind Act, and it provides the standards of the educational policy research. This study is to examine basic issues related to this methodology in the educational policy research, to present its contestation, and to apply it to improving the decision-making and implementation of the educational policy in Taiwan.
