摘要(中文)：	民主、開放、多元化的社會，學校經營型態的改變，學校內部、外部環境的激盪，常使學校在危機之中，校園危機事件也成為社會關心的焦點。面對校園危機，學校經營就必須透過有效的危機管理歷程，有效的處理因應，使學校傷害減至最低。本文將探討危機管理的內涵，分析危機管理的歷程，並以一所學校食物中毒的案例分析，申論校園危機管理的策略，以提供學校經營之探討。
摘要(英文)：	In a democratic, open-minded and diversity society, because of the change in school management, plus the impact between school and its external environment, the school are often under crisis condition. The crisis accident in school has been concerned by society. To face school crisis, the school has to solve the problems by effective crisis management, thus the damage to school will be lowered down to the minimum. This article is discussing about the characteristics of crisis management, and analyzing the process of crisis management. The author is discussing the strategy of school crisis management by analyzing a case of food poisoning in school.
