摘要(中文): 職業類科教師有效教學的議題,在當前教育改革的大環境下已逐漸凸顯其重要性。本研究旨在分析職業類科有效教學流程架構,探索教師有效教學行為,據以研提教師有效教學行為與學生表現因果概念模型。為達此目的,本研究經文獻分析後組成工業類及家商類優良教師焦點團體,共計十位優良教師參與討論,並將紀錄及初步成果藉由公私立各類職業學校共四位教務主任焦點團體討論確認。本研究的重要結論包括:(1)有效教學流程包含教學準備、學習指導與情境布置、教學互動三部份;(2)教師有效教學行為共38項;(3)教師藉由34項有效教學行為影響學生10項表現。
摘要(英文): The effective teaching of vocational teachers has been recognized as an important issue during the reform of education. This study aims to analyze the framework of effective teaching on vocational subjects, to explore teacher effective teaching behaviors, and to propose the causal concept model of effective teaching. After literature review, 10 teachers of industry, home economics, and commerce were organized into focus groups. Then, their initial conclusions were confirmed by their four supervisors. The conclusions of this study are as the follows: (1) There are three parts in effective teaching process and 38 items were included. (2) Thirty-eight items of effective teaching were identified, (3) Student outcomes can be measured by 10 performance items, which were influenced by 34 effective teaching behaviors in the causal concept model.
