摘要(英文): | The aim of this study was to explore the statues and correlation between psychological capital (PsyCap) and psychological well-being of university students. The survey method was adopted for this study. 705 students from three private technological universities in Southern Taiwan participated in this study. Then, data were analyzed by dependent samples analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation and structural equation model. The finding show that the science and technological university students’ PsyCap and psychological well-being were at the middle-high level. PsyCap and psychological well-being had a significant, highly positive correlation, indicating that the stronger the PsyCap of university students, the higher their psychological well-being.
